Think of your hair follicles like a plant. Give them what they need, and they’ll bloom; that’s exactly how PRP works for hair growth 🩸💉

It’s the simplest way I’ve found to explain what’s actually a rather clever treatment. PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, works a little like plant food for your follicles. It delivers a concentration of your own growth factors straight to where they’re needed, stimulating the stem cells to come and revive tired, thinning follicles so they can produce thicker, healthier hair again.

Hair growth is complex. Genetics, hormones, stress and nutritional deficiencies all play their part, and those need proper attention first, because there’s little point feeding the follicles if something else is quietly holding them back.

But if you’ve already been down those routes, and we’ve looked at the lifestyle side together, PRP can be a wonderful next step. Because it uses your own blood, it’s naturally low-risk and works with your body to repair and revive the scalp over a course of treatments.

For the right person, it’s one of the most rewarding options we have for thinning hair.

If your hair has been on your mind, DM PRP and we’ll talk you through whether you’re a good candidate, or head to the link in our bio to book a consultation 💬

Not every clinic is going to be the right fit for you, and we'd rather be upfront about who we are than pretend to be for everyone.

If you want the biggest change for your money, the treatment that's all over your feed this month, and someone who'll say yes to whatever you ask for, we're honestly not your clinic, and that's completely fine.

If you want someone who explains the why before anything goes near your skin, who'll tell you when the answer is skincare or waiting, and who cares more about how you look in ten years than in ten days, you might have just found your people.

We believe subtle beats overdone every time, that healthy skin is the foundation everything sits on, and that the best results are the ones nobody can put their finger on.

If that sounds like your kind of clinic, come and see us. Book in for a proper consultation and we'll build a plan around what your skin actually needs 💌

Radiesse is one of the most versatile treatments we have because it works in two completely different ways, and most people have no idea it can do both.

What makes it so interesting is that it isn’t a hyaluronic acid filler at all. It’s calcium hydroxyapatite, which means it does something quite different beneath the surface. On the one hand, you can use it much like a filler to create structure and support, restore the cheeks, define the jawline, or support the marionette area. You get that immediate result from the product itself.

But here’s where the magic lies ✨️ As the calcium hydroxyapatite gradually breaks down, it stimulates your own collagen production, so the result doesn’t just sit there; it continues to improve and last over time. That combination of instant structure and long-term collagen stimulation is exactly why I find you’d need around two syringes of traditional filler to achieve what Radiesse can.

It can also be hyper-diluted and fanned under the skin to firm, strengthen and stimulate collagen more broadly, improving skin quality rather than just adding support. Two treatments in one, essentially!

If you’d like to know whether Radiesse is right for you, send me a message and I’ll talk you through it, or head to the link in our bio to book a consultation in clinic 💌

Dark circles and eye bags are probably the concern I get asked about most in clinic, and they’re also where I see people spending the most money on things that were never going to touch the problem.

The reason nothing at home works is that it’s not a skincare issue. Dark circles are usually about hollowing beneath the eye creating shadow, and eye bags develop as the tissue that holds the fat pads in place gradually weakens.

What we’d actually recommend depends entirely on what’s driving it for that individual patient.

Tear trough filler, polynucleotides, Profhilo, and medical grade skincare are all things we draw from, and it’s usually a combination rather than one single treatment that gets the best result.

Those are just examples of where we might start.

The under eye area is one of the most delicate parts of the face to treat, which is why getting a proper assessment before anything else really matters.

If the under-eye area is something you’ve been struggling with, book a consultation via the link in bio 💌

If you've been thinking about injectables, chances are you've already spent time going down a rabbit hole of before-and-afters, treatment names, and conflicting opinions about what's worth it and what isn't.

It can be overwhelming, and it can make it really hard to walk into a clinic feeling confident about what you actually need.

These are the conversations we have most often in our consultation room, with women who are trying to make good, informed decisions about their face ➡️

Radiesse isn't something we'd use everywhere, but in the right areas, it's one of the most effective tools we have.

What sets it apart from standard dermal filler is that it does two things at once.

It provides an immediate improvement in structure and support, and it stimulates your own collagen production over the months that follow, so the result continues to develop long after the appointment.

For anyone noticing the kind of changes that come with collagen loss, whether that's loss of definition through the jawline, heaviness in the lower face, or a general flatness through the cheeks, it's well worth understanding what Radiesse can do.

Here are the three areas where we find it makes the most noticeable difference 👉🏼

The women who feel like their face has stopped matching the energy they have inside. Who’ve swapped their moisturiser, added a serum, booked the odd facial, and still feel like their skin isn’t responding!

The women who’ve thought about booking in but hold back because they’re not sure what they need, and the last thing they want is to be talked into something that isn’t right for them.

These are the women we see every day. And nine times out of ten, the conversation is far calmer and far simpler than they’d braced themselves for.

What’s happening to your skin in your forties and fifties isn’t down to anything you’ve done wrong. It’s collagen dropping away faster than before, oestrogen falling, skin getting thinner and drier and losing its bounce. Once you can see the why, everything changes, because you stop patching the surface and start treating what’s actually behind it.

There’s no pressure here, and we don’t hand everyone a standard plan. There’s just a sensible first step that fits you, which is exactly what a proper consultation is for.

If you’re nodding along to any of this, stick around. There’s plenty here for you. And whenever you feel ready, my door’s open 🤍

Your 40s are when most women start thinking more seriously about their skin, and also when it's easiest to spend a lot of money going round in circles.

The treatments that give the best return aren't the ones that fix one thing quickly. They're the ones that improve the health and structure of your skin as a whole and carry on working long after you've left the clinic.

These three are the ones we come back to again and again for exactly that reason ➡️

Fresher and brighter, but still entirely herself ✨️

The lower face is one of the areas that changes most noticeably with age, and also one of the most complex to treat well.

Jowling, deepening folds, loss of definition through the jawline, and a gradual shift in skin quality often happen at the same time, which is why addressing one thing in isolation rarely gives the result you want.

What we're looking at here is a combination approach, though the exact plan always depends on what's actually happening in that individual's face.

That might mean using Radiesse or dermal filler to restore structure, Sculptra to rebuild collagen over time, or treatments like microneedling and PRP to improve the quality of the skin itself.

Often, it's several of these working together rather than one thing doing all the heavy lifting.

If you've been noticing changes around your lower face and aren't sure where to start, a consultation is always the right first step. Book via the link in bio 🔗

Cool Laser is one of our most effective treatments for skin that looks clearer, brighter, and healthier from the inside out, tackling pigmentation, uneven tone, texture, and old acne scarring all in one.

It triggers a repair response deep in the skin that rebuilds your own collagen over the weeks and months that follow, so the skin firms and strengthens from within and the results keep improving long after your appointment.

When you pair that with the right medical-grade skincare and daily SPF at home, you protect all that work and give your skin every chance to look its best 🙌🏽

That home care matters more than people realise, which is why we never send you off to figure it out alone. Every plan is built around your skin specifically, with a routine to match, so what you do between appointments works alongside what we do in clinic rather than against it.

If clearer, healthier, more resilient skin is the goal, come and let us build you a plan around it. Book your Cool Laser consultation through the link in bio 💌

Most people think of dermal filler as something that adds volume, and whilst that's part of what Radiesse does, it's not the whole story.

What makes it different is that it also stimulates your own collagen production over the months that follow treatment, which means the result continues to develop and improve long after the appointment itself.

This matters more in your 40s and beyond because collagen loss is one of the biggest drivers of the changes people notice at this stage.

The face starts to look less supported, the skin feels less firm, and there's a general flatness that wasn't there before. Radiesse addresses that at a structural level rather than just filling over the surface.

We use it across a range of areas, including the cheeks, jawline, and lower face, and it's particularly well-suited to patients noticing early jowling, loss of definition, or a change in the overall firmness of their skin.

If you're in your 40s and wondering where to start, it's worth having a proper conversation about what your skin actually needs right now. Book a consultation via the link in bio 💌
